Shipping and delivery – New Zealand
Shipping is $10 within New Zealand for orders up to $60 and free for orders $60 and above. Items are couriered New Zealand wide to physical addresses only (no PO Box), with a signature required on delivery.
We use CourierPost Signature Required Track and Trace courier bags. Once your payment has been approved and your order confirmed, you will receive your track and trace number and web link so you can follow your parcel all the way to you. You can track your package yourself by calling CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or by visiting www.courierpost.co.nz. Have your track and trace number ready.
Our standard delivery turnaround is 5-7 working days from order transaction. Delivery time may vary during peak season. Should you require your item urgently, please note this as a comment when ordering so this can be discussed.
Shipping and delivery – International
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally through the website, but we would still love you to shop with us. If you are an international customer and have found something you want to make your own, please contact us and we will arrange payment and shipping for you privately.
All our products are hand selected and packed just for you, and we have confidence in our delivery providers ability to get your items to you as you'd like them. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We must be notified of your intention to return an item within three working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven working days of receipt of your order. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com.
If the product is faulty we will replace it, if it is out of stock we will refund the purchase price or offer you a store credit. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item.
While we're sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of Tania Hogg Design. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee.
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or outside the 7 day return period. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged.
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
